While the real estate development is still underway, the Company offers investors a unique opportunity to begin the process of applying for a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) in Latvia by investing in the Company’s share capital, in line with the current Immigration Law.

To do so, the investor will make an investment of EUR 100,000 and receive 100,000 Category B shares in the Company through a share capital increase. This investment forms the basis for submitting a TRP application.

Once the real estate property is ready for purchase, the investor will acquire it and apply for a TRP based on property ownership, again in accordance with the Immigration Law at that time. After the TRP is granted based on the real estate purchase, the investor will exit the Company’s shareholding by transferring the shares back to Riga Waterfront (RW).
