A premium residential quarter is currently being developed, combining historical heritage with modern living standards to create a unique living experience in the heart of Riga. The quarter will consist of five buildings featuring high-end apartments and commercial premises.

Sales and construction officially began in November 2025. The apartments planned to be finished with full finish.
