The property on offer comprises 12 historic red-brick warehouse buildings with their respective land plots, situated along Last\u0101dijas iela and Generala Radzina krastmala, just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town along the Daugava riverfront.<br>In total, the property encompasses 4,995 m\u00b2 of land, 14,649 m\u00b2 of total building area, and approximately 12,769 m\u00b2 of usable floor space across 12 individual buildings. All buildings are listed cultural heritage monuments within the UNESCO-protected historic centre of Riga, safeguarding their architectural integrity and long-term value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The Sp\u012b\u0137eri Quarter occupies a prime riverfront position along the Daugava, adjacent to the Riga Central Market \u2014 one of Europe\u2019s largest covered market complexes \u2014 and within a 15-minute walk of the Old Town.
