We offer to buy the design quarter Mill’a, reconstructed and put into operation in 2021, which is located in the center of Riga, Dzirnavu Street. This district of Dzirnavu Street is known for the most densely located popular restaurants and cafes. Nearby is the famous Art Nouveau district so characteristic of Riga. After a tasteful reconstruction, preserving the historic brick walls and supplementing them with modern glazing, the spirit of the 100-year-old Kimmel Brewery has been completely reborn. Today, the facility has successfully connected 3 modern restaurant residences and 3 “open space” offices, combining not only with elegant entrance offices, but a street-facing courtyard used by restaurants and cafes as a cozy outdoor terrace.
